FADEN is a design studio based in Brooklyn, New York.
We focus on making ethical objects and apparel, as well as reducing the waste stream in process and through mending and re-use.
We offer tutorials, in-person and virtual workshops, and commissioned projects. We strive to cultivate spaces that enable accessible making. From your birthday to your board room, we have specially designed classes for every occasion. If you'd like to know more, please be in touch.

Meet Amelia
Amelia Burrus-Granger, our Founder and Creative Director has had her hands on crafts since she was a small child. But when she found knitting over 25 years ago, she met her calling. After working in the fashion industry for 15 years, she is now dedicated to making craft accessible to as many people as she can.
